The 1830-700 Series Pilot Uni-Kits ® are designed for use with the OEM-style Pilot Ignition systems. The electrode is permanently riveted to the pilot frame and the spark gap is fixed at 1/8 . These pilots can be used to replace existing pilot assemblies or for retrofitting standing pilot applications when an exact replacement is desired. Each Uni-Kit comes with a natural gas orifice installed and a separate L.P. gas orifice. Pilot tubing size is 1/4".

The Robertshaw® Universal 2BLC Pilot Uni-Kit ® is designed to replace the obsolete Model 2B/2BLC Pilot which is no longer in production. The kit includes fittings for 1/4" tubing and an adaptor and fittings to adapt to 3/16" tubing. Each kit comes with a Natural gas orifice installed and includes a separate LP Gas orifice. The 1810-100 is an aerated, constant burning pilot for main burner ignition. When used with the Robertshaw® 1980-1970 Series or similar thermocouples, it provides a heat source for the thermo-electric automatic pilot magnet.

The 5300 Series thermostat with auxiliary switch is a SPST, snap-acting control. Models are available with standard electrical ratings and pilot-duty ratings. Five types of auxiliary switch types have been produced. For a complete description, see "Auxiliary Switch Description" below. Note: An auxiliary switch control can also be used to replace a standard (non-auxiliary switch) control if specifications are similar. Just disregard the switch. Auxiliary Switch Uni-Kit. The 5300-603 Series auxiliary switch Uni-Kit was designed specifically to replace a wide variety of auxiliary switch models. Auxiliary switch Uni-Kit has a mechanical "positive off" in the dial "off" position.
